Baratero Maximiliano Galvez was born in the province of Santa Fe, Argentina, February 10, 1980. In his childhood and shows an aptitude for drawing. Self-taught, he did his first portrait at the age of fourteen. In 1997 he enrolled in the Secondary School of Visual Arts Gálvez, studies that definitively leave four years later. Subsequently, an intense period of experimentation will lead gradually to the dominance of different painting media. Graphite, watercolor, pastel, chalk, oil, ink, colored pencils, mixed media, all of them are used to capture the most diverse subjects: portraits, landscapes, nudes, illustrations, etc. Fellow Antorchas Foundation in 2002 for Clinical Work held in the Museo Provincial de Bellas Artes "Rosa Galisteo de Rodríguez" in Santa Fe and winner of 1 st International Prize "Combining the Arts" organized by Editorial Novelarte of Cordoba in 2004 Today Maximiliano Baratero lives and works in the city of Rosario, Argentina.
